Control for the Run. Quick Pickup for the Next Move.

When an albie takes off or a flats fish changes direction, your reel needs to control the run and recover line quickly. The Hardy Fortuna Regent combines a powerful carbon-fiber disc drag with a large arbor designed for rapid line pickup—a useful combination for Vineyard saltwater fishing and winter destination trips.

Built for Saltwater Fishing

The multi-pad drag sits inside a sealed, waterproof housing. Its adjustment range fits within one turn of the drag knob, helping you make quick, deliberate changes during a fight.

The narrow spool profile helps line stack evenly as you retrieve it, while the large arbor helps you recover slack when a fish turns toward you.
